Campaign
It is our objective to get bitless bridles accepted for all equestrian disciplines.
We are currently collaborating with a number of individuals and organisations around the world who are petitioning sports bodies to allow bitless bridles.
If you would like us to assist we can offer:
• Evidence of successful bitless bridle users in all disciplines
• Alternative wording for rules that reference phrases such as ‘on the bit’ and explanations of this terms in a
bitless context
• Help with determining rules regarding which bitless bridles
• The support of an International Organisation

South Africa trials Bitless Dressage
The first Equestrian Association affiliated to the FEI is running a trial year of Bitless Dressage classes
At the annual National Dressage Meeting in February, 2008, SANEF approved the introduction of bitless dressage classes (Novice and Pre-Novice initially)at graded dressage shows on a year trial basis starting later this year. This followed extensive representations to SANEF by a Bitless Dressage Committee over a long period of time.
